As the Chief Operating Officer at Atlas Free, she is at the forefront of a global mission that has transformed the lives of more than a million individuals across 25 countries since 2012.
Callie’s leadership philosophy centers on fostering a culture of ownership, trust, and empowerment, which cultivates both individual and team excellence. Her innovative approach to marketing and branding has resulted in dynamic international campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, inviting them to join Atlas Free’s mission for lasting change.
Her extensive expertise encompasses organizational development, team culture enhancement, and strategic business growth, positioning her as an invaluable asset across a range of sectors—from NGOs to church ministries and corporate entities. Callie shares her knowledge and insights on leadership, transformative organizational cultures, and high-performing team dynamics at conferences, church gatherings, and business retreats.
Beyond her work in the fight against human trafficking, Callie is a board member of In the Name of Love, a nonprofit dedicated to providing resources for prison inmate rehabilitation. She is also an outdoor enthusiast, spending her free time hiking in the Pacific Northwest and teaching her 20+ years of horsemanship experience to people of all ages. Callie earned her degree in Organizational Communication at the University of Montana, and has been on the Atlas Free team since 2017.
