We’ll focus on how to activate your logic model as a living tool—refining outcomes, identifying meaningful indicators, and building a practical approach to data collection and use. Participants will learn how to move from a static framework to a measurement approach that informs decision-making, strengthens programs, and improves outcomes for survivors. Drawing on real examples from anti-trafficking initiatives, this session will highlight common challenges and provide actionable strategies to ensure measurement is feasible, sustainable, and useful in practice.
About the Speaker:
Atlas Free’s Strategic Advisor, Dr. Stacey Cutbush Starseed, brings 20+ years of experience in applied research, evaluation, and systems transformation to her work as Founder and Principal of Starseed Methods. Dr. Cutbush Starseed led the development, testing, and validation of the Outcomes for Human Trafficking Survivors (OHTS) instrument and the iMPRoVE tool, a free, fully-customizable outcome measurement software designed for agencies and programs serving individuals impacted by crime. As a Senior Social Scientist, she partners with funders, federal/state agencies, and non-profits to translate evidence into practice—designing structures, tools, and frameworks that sustain measurable, lasting impact.
