This introductory webinar is designed for anti-trafficking organizations that are new to outcome measurement or unsure where to begin. We’ll demystify the process by introducing program logic models—what they are, how they work, and why they are essential for connecting your mission to meaningful outcomes. Participants will learn the core components of a logic model and how to develop one that clearly links activities to short- and long-term change. Using real-world examples from survivor services, prevention, and systems-level work, this session will provide a clear, practical foundation for moving from intention to measurement. Participants will leave with a concrete starting point and actionable next steps.
About the Speaker:
Atlas Free’s Strategic Advisor, Dr. Stacey Cutbush Starseed, brings 20+ years of experience in applied research, evaluation, and systems transformation to her work as Founder and Principal of Starseed Methods. Dr. Cutbush Starseed led the development, testing, and validation of the Outcomes for Human Trafficking Survivors (OHTS) instrument and the iMPRoVE tool, a free, fully-customizable outcome measurement software designed for agencies and programs serving individuals impacted by crime. As a Senior Social Scientist, she partners with funders, federal/state agencies, and non-profits to translate evidence into practice—designing structures, tools, and frameworks that sustain measurable, lasting impact.
