Jessica Gobble – Licensed Recovery Specialist (RSPS)
With nearly 30 years in the recovery community, Jessica Gobble has been with Elijah Rising for five years as a Licensed Recovery Support Peer Specialist (RSPS). She has held leadership roles, founded support groups, and mentored women and young adults in recovery.
Jessica also spent over a decade developing curriculum for individuals with special needs and is certified in Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation (ANE). She now applies these skills to supporting trafficking survivors. Known for her warmth and wisdom, Jessica creates safe spaces for healing while helping individuals and programs grow.
Bri McCarthy – Addiction Recovery Specialist
Originally from Vermont, Bri McCarthy moved to Houston to join Elijah Rising in the fight against human trafficking. With experience in social services both domestically and abroad, she now specializes in addiction recovery for trafficking survivors, focusing on sex and love addiction.
Bri has pioneered recovery programs, mentored women with trauma and addiction backgrounds, and led support groups in Houston. Passionate about breaking stigmas, she brings compassion and leadership to her work, creating a safe space for healing and transformation.
