We host leadership seminars, share educational resources, offer marketing materials, and invest capital. Atlas Free knows that funding is essential for organizations to thrive.
Atlas Free has two funding streams: Kinetic Funding and Impact Funding.
Kinetic Funding
The most valuable type of funding an organization can receive is undesignated money that allows an entity to operate. Many government agencies, private foundations, and generous donors designate that organizations use grant funds for a particular project, program, or budget line item. This practice can create challenges for organizations that must pay other expenses to stabilize, operate, and grow. Undesignated funding is a force multiplier because Network Members can use it for any organizational purpose that combats sex trafficking. In this way, undesignated funding is “kinetic” because it allows nonprofits to move forward.
Impact Funding
There are three critical aspects of Atlas Free’s Impact Funding that distinguish it from other funding opportunities.
Time Restricted Project
All Impact Funding is for projects with a specific start and end date.
Measurable Impact
Impact Funding is for projects with a specific measurement to determine the project’s success and its impact on the fight against sex trafficking and exploitation.
Designated
Impact Funding is designated for a specific project and not for the Network Member’s general operating budget.
